**Attention Flagstaff and Northern Arizona**
Coconino Humane Association has become involved with a hoarding case and is SUSPENDING ALL OWNER SURRENDERS OF CATS at this time (09-20-18). They have taken in 517 cats since July 1st and are struggling to find homes for every one. Ark, Sedona Humane and other rescues have been assisting with intake as space permits.
Please check back with Coconino Humane next week to see if they have resumed taking surrenders. An even better idea would be trying to keep your cat (we may be able to help with behavioral issues!) or find another loving home for it.
